Cortiv is a SaaS platform that connects to your Meta Ads accounts via the Meta Ads API, retrieves your advertising performance data, and displays it in a customisable dashboard. The Service is intended for media buyers, agencies, and ecommerce brands.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must have the legal right to access any Meta Ads accounts you connect to the Service.
• You agree to use the Service in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and Advertising Policies.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse the Service.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

This Service uses the Meta Ads API. By using this Service, you agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms at developers.facebook.com/terms. We reserve the right to suspend access if your use violates Meta's policies.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Cortiv. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of your advertising data.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will always be accurate. Advertising data accuracy depends on the Meta Ads API.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cortiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
